Option 1: from the app
- Open DoN and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.
Deletion is permanent, cannot be undone, and takes effect immediately.
Option 2: if you no longer have the app
Email support@don-games.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete account". We will delete your account within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
- Your account, including your email and username.
- If you signed up with Google: the email, name and profile picture URL we received from Google.
- Your profile and gameplay data: coins, owned and equipped icons, ELO and points, match history, referral code and technical match data.
- Your notification token, if you had enabled notifications.
What may be kept
- Error reports sent to Sentry: kept for up to 90 days at most. They do not include your email or name, only a pseudonymous identifier derived from your account.
- Any data the law requires us to keep for a set period. Today this does not apply, since there are no purchases or prizes.
